WNBA, Season Launch

Steppin’ up.

Many opine sports are still a man’s world. If so, selling a woman’s league is no easy task, especially when you’re meeting the WNBA’s standards. The league came to us through clients Alta Vista Films and ReCreate about two months before the new season. Their objective: produce two energetic brand spots from a library of still images they provided. The campaign was originally slated to exclusively air on ESPN however the league was so pleased with the spots that they aired on ABC a few times during every game of NBA Finals. WIth a 7.5% increase in attendance (146,985 spectators) over the prior season, we’re proud to help introduce new faces to a great sport.
