McDonald’s, Mirror

The elusive camera.

A spot about vanity may leave no better place to point the camera than toward a mirror, or in this case; three of them at different angles. But what happens when you can’t do so without seeing production’s reflection? We ultimately devised an approach using a handheld, three camera mount - where pan timings on both talent and mirror plates were synched via stopwatch cues. All information in the mirror plate reflections were then replaced with the talent plates, except for the beveled edges.
